Job Description

You will be part of the Capabilities Development & Reskilling team, with accountability for diagnosing organization-wide capability and performance gaps and designing high-impact development interventions across Singapore and the region. This role focuses on identifying systemic issues, translating business challenges into clear learning and capability priorities, and rapidly solutioning, developing and implementing upskilling, deep-skilling and reskilling initiatives. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver practical, sustainable and scalable solutions that enable workforce readiness and support the achievement of strategic business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive a strong learning culture across the organisation, with a particular focus on accelerating the adoption of digitalization, innovation, and the organizational culture as core workforce capabilities.

  • Design, develop and implement high‑impact learning and capability development interventions to address current and future workforce needs at the group level.

  • Partner closely with business and HR stakeholders to diagnose capability and performance gaps, translate business challenges into clear development priorities, and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions.

  • Collaborate with regional counterparts to adapt and implement group‑wide capability solutions effectively across the region, ensuring consistency while accounting for local market needs.

Job Requirements

Ideally, you should have the following skills...

  • Ability to develop a holistic view of performance problems, identify root causes, and develop appropriate solutions

  • Deep knowledge of instructional design and content development  Knowledge of training, organizational development and behavioral science theories

  • Project and Program Management skills and ability to facilitate and manage multiple priorities and/or projects including risk mitigation skills to help eliminate potential roadblocks in the design and delivery of training programs

  • Ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives of business unit managers, instructional designers, corporate HR and external vendors

  • Critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, influencing skills and collaboration skills

  • You should have at least 10 years of work experience. Reskilling experiences or efforts will be highly advantageous.
