Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare routine financial and operational reports and presentations for Management, Corporate and Regulatory authorities
  • Support the financial planning and analysis for General & Admin, Marketing & Advertising and Property Operations divisions. 
  • Collaborate with business units to provide variance analysis and commentaries on the financial performance of the departments.
  • Lead or consult on to summarize, reconcile, and report financial data in order to track trends
  • Identify areas of improvement in reporting efficiencies, process improvement and cost savings
  • Involve in planning and coordinating the financial planning process, including the annual budget, and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain department operating budgets and bi-weekly forecasts for department heads, Management and Corporate.
  • Consolidate work done by other analysts into final tables or report and provide analysis and conclusions.
  • Collaborate closely with Las Vegas Sands Corporate office and regulators on reporting matters
  • Prepare and review Capital Project Request Forms (PRF’s) – to include thorough reviews of all assumptions, financial calculations and supporting documents
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses and reports to support business decisions in special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field is preferred.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, or demonstrated equivalent capability

Other Prerequisites

  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (SAS/SQL experience advantageous);
  • Experience in using visualization tools such as Power BI / Tableau will be advantageous;
  • Independent, resourceful and analytical in nature and self-motivated team player;
  • Must have strong interpersonal, communication and PowerPoint presentation skills and the ability to create and deliver clear and concise presentations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Have a mindset to keep looking for process efficiencies and automation opportunities.
