What you do
Assist in month‑end closing and reporting activities, ensuring Trial Balances are closed accurately and on time.
Perform reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts within specified timelines, liaising with stakeholders to investigate and resolve outstanding balances.
Maintain Chart of Accounts segments, ensuring their integrity, accuracy, and proper governance.
Identify and resolve issues arising in daily BAU activities, recommending and implementing process improvements where appropriate.
Collaborate with various teams—including Finance, Risk, and Compliance—to ensure seamless and effective operations.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support financial analysis and informed decision‑making.
Manage and maintain financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency.
Conduct operational risk assessments and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Who you are
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in finance operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
Experience with financial systems and processes, including accounting and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teams
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
