Job DescriptionMISSION:
We are looking for a “Finance Manager” who acts as a trusted advisor to the business by translating financial data into meaningful insights and partnering with stakeholders across organization to drive business performance; while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accounting and internal governance requirements
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead FP&A for Coface Singapore Branch by providing financial insights to guide/influence decisions making, steering business performance, and ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Provide regular business update - month-end actual result and estimate vs. budget update, including update any risks & opportunities to Regional CFO and Country Manager
- Play key role in financial planning for responsible entities by preparing & managing budgets, forecasts, analyzing trends, and preparing investment analysis
- Lead analysis of actual financial results
- Be a sparring partner with non-finance stakeholders to understand business Risk & Opportunities and its financial implication, and escalate to right channel on timely manner
- Lead, coach & guide team members to ensure timely deliverable of operational tasks i.e.,
- Regulatory requirement submission
- Month-end closing
- Audit & tax requirement
- Group reporting both actual and budget/forecast
- Payment approval
- Procurement
- Be a change agent - Champion operational excellence by continuously driving process simplification & efficiency with close collaboration with Shared Service Center (Bangalore)

- Live “ONE SEA & INDIA finance team” vision – support & strongly collaborate with other finance team members across SEA & India; and drive positive team engagement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – in business or finance or accounting
- CPA Australia certification or ACCA certification or CA Singapore certification is a plus, but not prerequisite
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in FP&A or controlling
- Audit or financial consultancy experience from Big 4 is preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates with FP&A or controlling experience from multi-national corporations (MNCs) are highly encouraged to apply
- Experience leading a team is an added advantage but not prerequisite
