Our platform is trusted by leading global gaming and digital platforms and backed by top tier venture capital firms. Headquartered in Singapore with a global footprint, we are entering a phase of rapid scale and are strengthening our core operational functions to support that growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager to own day to day finance operations and support budgeting and basic forecasting as we scale. This role is ideal for an individual contributor early in their career who has built a strong foundation in finance operations at a tech or startup environment and wants exposure to end to end finance in a high growth company.

You will work closely with leadership, operations, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely financial operations that support monthly close, cash flow visibility, and leadership decision making.

Qualifications
  • Approximately 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a tech company or startup environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving startup environment

  • Solid understanding of core finance operations including AR, AP, and basic financial reporting

  • Experience with cloud accounting systems and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Clear communicator who can work cross functionally with non-finance stakeholders

  • Singapore work authorization required

  • Additional fluency in Chinese is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
  • Finance Operations

    • Own day to day finance operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense management

    • Manage invoicing, collections, and customer billing workflows

    • Oversee vendor payments and ensure proper documentation and approvals

    • Help improve and document finance processes as the company scales

  • Planning and Reporting

    • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts

    • Track actuals versus budget and flag variances clearly and early

    • Prepare monthly financial reports and basic management dashboards

  • External and Compliance

    • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, payroll providers, and tax advisors

    • Maintain clean financial records and support compliance requirements in Singapore and other operating regions

Benefits

Competitive Salary

  • A competitive startup salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks.

  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan so you participate directly in the long term upside of the company.

Health and Wellbeing

  • Comprehensive family health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision benefits

  • Provided Mental Health and Wellness Benefit

Professional Development

  • Hands on exposure to end to end finance operations in a scaling global tech company.

  • Opportunities for continuous learning through real ownership rather than formal training alone.

  • Direct collaboration with the Founders and leadership team, with visibility into strategic and financial decision making.

  • Role reports to the Head of Finance with opportunity to grow into a senior finance or regional finance role as the company scales.

Culture and Ways of Working

  • A collaborative, inclusive and low politics work environment.

  • Flexible, trust based working culture shaped by a US startup operating model but with leadership in Singapore.

  • A mission driven company focused on improving online experiences for kids and teens globally.
