Job Description Summary

This role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on expertise in finance controllership within the real estate services industry by supporting annual financial statement audits and month-end accounting processes, including P&L and Balance Sheet reviews.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provide audit support for annual accounts
  • Prepare and follow up on audit confirmations for intercompany balances within and outside SG entities
  • Assist in month-end close activities including preparation of journal entries, and financial reporting including P&L flux analysis
  • Assist to follow up on balance sheet open items
  • Undertake special projects/assignments and ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned

About You:

  • Enrollment in or completion of a finance or accountancy degree with strong academic performance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Good organization and planning skill to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
