The Position
Position: Financial Enterprise Partner
Reporting to: Finance Enterprise Partner Lead
As a Finance Enterprise Partner you act as a sparring partner, challenger, and decision supporter for your business partners to ensure efficient resource allocation to optimize our return on investment. As a member of the affiliate finance organization, you will primarily support the local business needs (80%), while also contributing to above-country initiatives (20%).
As the Finance Enterprise Partner, you will be responsible for:

Provides end-to-end support to the commercial team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

Assist the commercial team in resolving key customer issues, including pricing and contract negotiations. Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis, modeling, and insights to support informed business decisions and achieve objectives.

Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on the financial implications of proposed business activities.

For the respective business area & key accounts, ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics or advise deviations and corrective actions. 1) Pricing calculation & analysis 2) deal review & negotiation of commercial terms 3) cost center monitoring & analysis 4) profit monitoring & analysis

Lead planning event processes for local affiliate – business plan, budget, and monthly outlook and provide a structured analysis of plan assumptions and performance targets and enable the business to make informed decisions.

Provide analytics and innovative insights, resource allocation models and financial modeling tools on the affiliate level with the full market P&L & balance sheet in scope

Collaborate with the RSS and business to offer assistance for post-RAMP activities and provide any additional ad-hoc support as needed.
Who You Are

Possess a Bachelor of Accountancy with at least 3 years of FP&A experience in the Commercial Finance Arena;

We are also open to candidates with 1-2 years of Audit Experience;

Strong business acumen, an effective business partner with great communication & influencing skills;

Solid understanding of management and financial accounting as well as corporate finance;
