Finance Excellence Partner - APAC Insights & Regional Partnering Chapter

As a Finance Excellence Partner (Value Enabler) of the Insights & Regional Partnering Chapter you play an important role in equipping the regional and affiliate organizations (including Value Creators)  with the necessary tools and insights to enable effective commercial and financial partnering.

The Enterprise Partnering Stream will be involved in working closely with regional stakeholders including the Head of APAC, Value Stream & Chapter Leads, Sub Regional Heads, Head of iKAM and other functional heads with regional responsibility.  The scope of partnering here would encompass aspects including pre launch & launch decisions, post launch monitoring, strategic & operational pricing, understanding market evolution in various APAC markets including trends, risks & opportunities, establishing partnerships with external stakeholders etc.

The Opportunity:

• Work with Strategic Finance & Other stakeholders in understanding  the overall planning expectations for E2E planning activities including Business Plan (T3), Target Confirmation (T0) , Baseline Setting & Monthly Outlook

• In collaboration with Finance Enterprise Partner (Value Creator) and affiliate commercial teams, provides state of the art analytics and innovative insights, tools for resource allocations and financial modeling expertise on affiliate level.

• Partnering with Regional stakeholders on pre launch, launch readiness, post launch monitoring, strategic & operational pricing, partnerships with 3rd party entities to complement our portfolio offering, create new avenues for growth including insurance, consulting etc, iKAM pitching, negotiation, finalization and monitoring, market development, Risks and Opportunities monitoring and  supporting Sub Regional Heads, Phase In Phase Out activities, inventory optimization and write off monitoring, new revenue streams, business models etc

• Work with Business Insights Specialists/Data Scientist and IT to ensure that technological advances are integrated in insights generation processes (e.g., forecast modeling automation). Drive advanced analytics & data modeling across affiliates (external data, supply-chain, spend analytics, vendors, margin erosion, etc.)

Who you are

• You have 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting and analysis as a proven business partner

• Good Presentation skills and BI tool know-how (e.g. tableau)
