The Job
We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to serve as a key partner to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team. This role will oversee all financial activities of the enterprise, with a strong focus on project finance, strategic decision-making for groundbreaking technology, capital management, and investor relations. As a thought partner to the CEO and CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Project & Capital Management: Oversee project financial leadershipfor chemicals manufacturing plant, ensuring accurate financial planning & analysis, project controls, project reporting, milestone tracking, and cost management. 
  • Strategic Financing: Manage facility financing, optimize and maintaincapital structure, and develop organizational capabilities forfinancingofexpansion projects, across distinct components of project and corporate financing life cycles. 
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Lead treasury operations, including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization. 
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight:Monitor key financial metrics, ensuring compliance with financing agreements while advising leadership and project teamson growth and riskmitigation strategies. 
  • Corporate Finance & Growth Strategy: Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring effective resource allocation aligned with multi-year strategic goals. 
  • Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the financial liaison for investment banks, corporate partners, and key stakeholders, articulating financial performance and strategy. 
  • Strategic Partnerships:Play a critical role infinancial evaluation, strategy development, and due diligence workstreams for partnerships of a strategic nature to the business, including components such as equity and debt investments, licensing agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. 
  • Financial Operations & Reporting: Oversee financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for internal and external reporting. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial operations, corporate structuring, controls, and reporting, with a strong background in equity financing and joint ventures.
  • Proven expertise in financial management for manufacturing environments, particularly in specialty chemicals or industrials.
  • Experience managing finances in Indonesia with a solid understanding of the local landscape and how things operate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced Finance degree.
  • Experience managing finances for the construction of a manufacturing facility from the owner’s perspective.
  • Leadership experience in high-growth, technology-driven manufacturing businesses.
  • Experience managing finances for plant operations post-construction.
  • Strong background in project finance and/or capital markets.
  • Experience in large, operationally complex environments, with success in scaling financial operations in a fast-growing company.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with investment banks, corporate partners, and financial stakeholders.
