We are seeking a detailed-oriented, proactive Finance Assistant to support our growing finance team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day foundational finance tasks – specially project accounting, PBI reporting and data reconciliation.

By mastering the core financial transaction, you will ensure our data remains airtight, helping our team pivot towards broader strategic projects and new business scopes.

 Responsibilities:

  • Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Schedule preparation and analysis
  • Data consolidation and data analysis in excel for forecasting, budget etc
  • Support other ad-hoc accounting reporting
  • Project accounting – prepare project accounting reporting with Power BI

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accountancy, Business, or Finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in Business Intelligence Software (Power BI) is preferred
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
