About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Finance and Operations Analyst to support our team with data management, project tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting. You’ll help keep our internal systems accurate and provide clear insights that guide our decisions as we scale.

This is a remote role with flexible hours, but it will require overlapping at least 4 hours with U.S. Eastern time.

What You’ll Do
  • Add and update leads, clients, and project data in Airtable and Asana

  • Manage invoicing: draft, cross-check, and track payments in stripe

  • Review and reconcile expenses from Ramp and QuickBooks

  • Track project costs, budgets, and margins

  • Cross-check payments, reimbursements, and vendor invoices for accuracy

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (revenue, costs, utilization)

  • Support monthly summaries, reconciliations, and approvals

  • Identify recurring manual tasks and suggest automation (e.g., formulas, Zapier)

  • Identify trends or discrepancies and flag them to the leadership team

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong English communication and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

  • Experience with QuickBooks, Ramp, Airtable, or Asana

  • Basic accounting or finance background preferred

  • Analytical mindset — able to turn raw data into clear insights

  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting a design, marketing, or creative agency

  • Bookkeeping or accounting certification
