Finance and Operation Admin
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
Raising facilities service request (FSR) for all adhoc services
Closing FSR by attaching the related invoice for each service request
Monitoring and controlling adhoc budget
Working closely with operations team for FSR and other operational cost concerns
Assisting on raising Purchase Request (PR)
Monitoring Applied Material’s Purchase Order balance
Adhoc request as needed
