Job Description

As a Finance Analyst in the Asia Pacific Global Real Estate department, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. Join us to work in a dynamic environment where your insights and recommendations will drive strategic decision-making and optimize real estate asset performance.
As a Finance Analyst in the Asia Pacific Global Real Estate department, you will support the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions related to the company's real estate portfolio in the Asia Pacific region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making and optimize the performance of real estate assets.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses for the Asia Pacific real estate portfolio.
  • Manage monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, budgeting cycles, and related analysis.
  • Establish strong relationships with Global Real Estate functional/country heads to identify expense reduction opportunities and optimize spending.
  • Track capital expenditure for office strategies such as relocation, consolidation, and renovation, aligning P&L to forecast/budget.
  • Prepare and present consolidated financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support monthly intercompany billing of real estate expenses allocation to all Lines of Business in the region, and related reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Maintain strong Line of Business partnerships by providing allocation transparency, analysis, and addressing queries.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost metrics, providing actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the growth and efficiency of the Global Real Estate department.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience handling and analyzing large databases.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar are a plus.
  • Experience within the financial services industry.
  • Experience with real estate accounting, tax, and transaction experience.
