About the Team
The APJ Marketing team is a high-performing, collaborative group of marketers focused on driving growth and customer success across one of the most diverse and dynamic regions in the world. We work closely with sales, customer success, and global marketing teams to deliver programs that resonate locally while contributing to global impact.

In Asia, we partner with teams across Asia to deliver localised, high-impact programs that drive pipeline, expand usage, and build strong brand presence. At the same time, we lead and support cross-regional initiatives that scale innovation, amplify global campaigns, and share best practices across APJ.
We’re passionate about building meaningful experiences, connecting deeply with our customers, and constantly experimenting to find better ways to innovate faster - together.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Field Programs Manager to drive high-impact field marketing programs across Asia. Based in Singapore, this hybrid role is split 50/50 between owning in-region marketing support for the local Asia team and driving regional program management for JAPAC-wide initiatives.
You’ll play a critical role in activating our go-to-market strategy by supporting executive engagement, sponsored and owned events, targeted account activations, webinars, and the localisation of global campaigns. Your work will help accelerate pipeline, increase customer engagement, and drive awareness across key markets.
This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organised marketer who thrives on collaboration, execution excellence, and turning strategy into scalable action. You’ll work closely with the APJ marketing team, local sales leaders, global campaign owners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Regional Field Program Execution

Support strategic field programs across Asia, including:
  • Executive events and account-based activations
  • Sponsored event coordination and partner marketing collaborations
  • High-impact webinars
  • Industry-specific initiatives

Campaign Localisation and Amplification

  • Adapt and execute global and regional campaigns to fit local nuances, ensuring resonance with target audiences in Asia

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to align marketing efforts to business priorities, key accounts, and market opportunities

APJ Program Management

  • Lead or support cross-region APJ initiatives, working with peers in ANZ and Japan on regional rollouts and shared goals

Performance Tracking & ROI Reporting

  • Measure the effectiveness of programs with clear KPIs (pipeline, engagement, lead quality) and provide regular reporting for continuous improvement
Budget Management
  • Manage event and program spend, ensuring efficiency and alignment with regional goals
Agency Management
  • Oversee external vendors for event delivery, translations, or local production
What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years experience in B2B field or regional marketing roles, ideally in SaaS or technology sectors
  • Experienced in event marketing, campaign activation, and working with sales teams in a field capacity
  • Experience with account-based marketing
  • Comfortable localising messaging, assets, and experiences for culturally diverse markets
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across stakeholders and regions
  • Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments with a bias for action
What's in it for you
  • Competitive equity package
  • Private health insurance program
  • Salary continuance insurance and Life insurance coverage
  • Free lunches on in-hub days with fully stocked snacks and drinks
  • Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance
  • Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career
  • Opportunity to work for a globally diverse team
