To reach out and present Lyreco service solution to the business at the designated territory area assigned to you and ensure we become one of the preferred supplier to our customers’ choice through structured account management.
- Establishing good rapport with customers to maintain business relationship/retention.
- Increasing the spend by product penetration and managing the margin of accounts visited.
- Work closely with all internal stakeholder to ensure full customer satisfaction by providing Lyreco standard service level.
- Work on full category compliance to maximise customer potential.
- Advocate customer loyalty through dedicated account management.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned to you by the manager.
- Salary range between SGD3500-SGD4000 inclusive of allowances plus sales incentive from SGD1200 onwards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in commerce, business administration or related
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, Solution Selling Skills, Proactive Listenting skill, Sales negotiation skills, Sales Pipeline Management skills
- Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written
- Minimum 2years sales experience in B2B environment and managing SME business portfolio
