Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Fenergo System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and implementation of the Fenergo platform to support client lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage enhancements, and ensure the effective functioning of the system within our technological architecture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and customizing the Fenergo platform to tailor risk scoring logic and client lifecycle workflows.
  • Collaborating with business intelligence and technical teams to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing and maintaining risk scoring models to manage compliance risks effectively.
  • Providing support for system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations, workflows, and enhancements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a System Analyst role, specifically with a focus on the Fenergo platform or similar CLM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of client lifecycle management processes, KYC/AML compliance, and risk scoring.
  • Experience in data integration utilizing APIs and ensuring data synchronization across platforms.
  • Proficient in SQL for data analysis, system testing, and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
