- Configure and customize the Fenergo platform to support risk scoring logic, client lifecycle workflows, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize workflows and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Implement, test, and maintain risk scoring models within the Fenergo system to manage compliance risks.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing configurations for efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and system enhancements.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Fenergo CLM or similar systems, with a focus on risk management and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Fenergo configuration, including client lifecycle management, KYC/AML processes, and risk scoring.
- Experience in data integration, including working with APIs and data synchronization between platforms.
- Proficient in SQL for system testing, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver training to end users.
