Responsibilities and Tasks:
Metric Management
- Optimize demand request among DRAM/NAND network fabs to maximize output and minimize opex
- Standardize and consolidate Probe Metrics performance and roll up for executive metrics' update.
- Govern Probe Operation ground rules and audit sites
- Partner with sites closely to enable timely communication of fab deviation to plan.
- Improvement of efficiency of network metrics' consolidation through automation.
Optimize Inventory and Line Performance for the FE Network
- Collaborate with Site SIC and Site Probe team to improve and optimize inventory and output, and ensure Probe Card capability meets demand requirement.
- Collaborate with Central Probe Planning and Supply Chain optimization to ensure Probe Flex is sufficient to meet Demand Variability and Test Time Variability.
- Collaborate with Sites SIC, Site Probe, Central Probe Planning, Global Supply Chain team on mitigation plans to maximize revenue when demand changes beyond developed strategies
- Collaborate with supply chain as well as Control Tower to continually improve supply/demand commitment.
- Analyze line performance and provide line direction in meeting the output commitment.
- Manage, measure, and monitor projects to ensure deliverables and time frames are met.
- Identify, manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the FE Manufacturing (Wafer Out, Cycle Time).
- Lead development of leading indicators to improve Manufacturing efficiency, develop roadmap and drive execution for improvement of these indicators.
- Facilitate deployment of projects to improve output performance.
- Participate in the WW inventory forums and deploy BKMs to network.
- Own and maintain the Global Inventory Metrics, Business processes and Reports.
- Identify gaps/constraints and make sure Fab establish and implement best known method to resolve them.
- Promote and model the use of analytical and systematic thinking processes.
- Create an environment of motivation to foster global team member's engagement to the fullest of their potential.
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years experience in Probe Planning/Probe Manufacturing/Inventory Control/Production Planning/Line Management
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Python, SQL, Tableau) to perform detailed analysis and provide metrics visibility.
- Proven ability to make decisions, multi-task, and troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
- Proven ability to build consensus in cross-functional groups
- Able to analyze line performance and provide line direction through concept of Line Management and Inventory Management to meet business plan.
- Fluent in the basic concept of weekly wafer starts and wafer outs business process
