Serve as administrator and coordinator for Food & Beverage and Culinary division. Support daily administrative tasks, coordinate with departments, assist purchasing, prepare month-end reports and presentations, monitor promotions, implement corporate policies, attend meetings and take minutes, and perform other assigned duties.
Reporting to the Executive Chef and the Assistant Director of F&B, the F&B Executive will serve as the administrator and coordinator for the Food & Beverage and Culinary Division. He / She will assist in daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the division.
Overall Objectives
• Assist and support the F&B service and Culinary Division in the day-to-day administrative duties.
• Proficient in use of excel, word and PPT documents
• Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments and ensure F&B Service and Culinary communications are up to date.
• Assist with the purchasing requirements for the division with the hotels’ Purchasing Department.
• Prepare department month end report, transfer and monitor promotions for F&B outlets.
• Prepare presentations and other documents required for the Food & Beverage Head of Department.
• Support the implementation of corporate policies, procedures, guidelines, traditions and initiatives.
• Attend meetings and take minutes when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
• Diligent, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Competent in MS Outlook, Words & Excel
• Ability to maintain highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude.
