As an Experience Manager, you will lead day-to-day strategy and execution across key accounts, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in SEO, and experience or interest in growing their expertise in marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) and CRO initiatives.
You will report directly to the Director of Experience, and be a part of a collaborative and high-performing team committed to delivering best-in-class digital experiences.
Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the implementation and execution of best-in-class SEO strategies for dentsu clients, aligned with business objectives and performance KPIs.
- Support and manage SEO workstreams in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track and analyse SEO performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and marketplace shifts to maintain competitiveness and relevance.
- Guide Marketplace Optimisation efforts including keyword targeting, content alignment, and performance tracking on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon.
- Support CRO initiatives by identifying conversion barriers, collaborating on A/B tests, and optimising user journeys to improve engagement and ROI.
- Lead or participate in client meetings, presenting insights and recommendations in a clear and strategic manner.
- Collaborate with the Director of Experience to evolve service capabilities, implement global best practices, and enhance overall team effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Experience team.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all owned-channel workstreams.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical optimisation.
- Familiarity or interest in marketplace SEO and CRO. Prior exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Ability to distil complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and results-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and e-commerce marketplaces is a bonus.
- Comfortable navigating between strategy and execution, and eager to grow in a hybrid skillset role.
