Job Description
- Plan and publish content across cluster social media platforms, including copywriting, scheduling and basic asset coordination.
- Execute the social media content calendar in alignment with brand campaigns, property activations and seasonal initiatives.
- Support localisation of global and regional social media campaigns for the Singapore market.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, including monitoring comments, direct messages and online feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with property teams to ensure accurate responses and service follow-ups where required.
- Assist in the creation of visual and video contents, including short-form videos, reels, photography selections, captions and asset organisation.
- Support social coverage of property events, launches, media visits and partnership activations.
- Work with creative agencies, designers and vendors to deliver social media assets on time and in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Track social media analytics, engagement metrics and campaign performance for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Monitor social listening insights and flag reputational or service-related concerns to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain organised digital asset libraries, social templates and archived contents.
- Proofread and review social media posts and captions to ensure brand accuracy and clarity.
- Assist with influencer coordination, content tracking and deliverables monitoring.
- Support paid social campaign execution in collaboration with digital marketing teams where required.
- Prepare basic performance summaries and reports for internal review.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support for digital and content-related projects.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
