SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Provide business support of relevant Segments to sales and technical by assisting with inter-department coordination, supporting the team with day-to-day sales transactions and providing information when required to ensure excellent sales support internally and externally.
This position will be based in Tuas, Singapore and reporting to Business Support Manager.
Responsiblities:

Provide support to sales team by assisting on daily related sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.

Manage quotation and revert to customer enquiries within set timeline by proposal and recommendations to customer.

Assist sales team in contract renewal and capturing new market share.

Coordinate communication between the Sales Manager, sales personnel and other internal stakeholders by disseminating necessary information to ensure alignment of all parties.

Providing data and guidance to the sales team, managing sales tracking tools and analyse the sales trends.

Constantly follow up with sales team for the potential sales development and preparation for raw material forecast to the production team.

Coordinate with internal department such as operation team, finance, customer service to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsible in keeping the customers’ folder up-to-date.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support.

Proficient in verbal and written English.
