Support sales advisory governance, compliance, and regulatory reporting; analyze data to produce insights for governance forums and senior management; collaborate with risk, compliance, and frontline teams to strengthen sales conduct oversight and improve reporting frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Support sales advisory governance, conduct and culture initiatives, and regulatory reporting activities, including ICCSC-related reporting.
- Partner closely with Sales Excellence Assurance, Compliance, and frontline stakeholders to strengthen oversight of sales advisory practices.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and effective reporting to meet regulatory and internal governance requirements.
- Analyze data and prepare insights to support regulatory reporting, governance forums, and senior management updates.
- Contribute to governance discussions and stakeholder engagements to enhance risk awareness and sales conduct standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts relating to sales conduct oversight, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of prior exposure to governance, compliance, risk management, audit, controls, regulatory reporting, or insurance sales governance through studies, internships, or work experience would be advantageous, but not required.
- Candidates with a strong interest in insurance sales governance, regulatory requirements, and driving positive customer outcomes are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and prepare meaningful reports and insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation or dashboarding tools would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements with appropriate guidance.
- Curious, proactive, humble, and eager to learn in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, risk, and compliance teams.
