This role offers an exciting opportunity to support Manulife’s mission of building a strong, trusted advisory force through a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for Financial Advisors (FA Division). As an Executive in Recruitment Onboarding, you will play a key role in administering recruitment processes, conducting Fit and Proper checks, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring high data accuracy across multiple systems. You will also contribute to process improvements by supporting basic template creation, AI‑assisted workflows, and identifying areas for operational efficiency. This role provides strong exposure to business stakeholders and hands‑on involvement in regulatory, system, and operational responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support agency recruitment and licensing processes, ensuring Fit and Proper criteria are met

  • Conduct due diligence checks and document clear, structured case notes

  • Develop templates, process documents, and AI‑assisted workflows to streamline team operations

  • Identify repetitive or manual tasks and recommend automation or efficiency solutions

  • Collate manpower and campaign data for management reporting and strategic planning

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on onboarding matters

  • Support business and regulatory audits, ensuring readiness and documentation accuracy

  • Provide user story requirements for system enhancements and perform UAT

  • Work across multiple systems and ensure high standards of data accuracy

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in the life insurance industry

  • Familiarity with recruitment onboarding processes and regulatory requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning)

  • Ability to write clear, structured, and compliant documentation or case notes

  • Experience using AI tools to summarise content, process information, or prepare drafts

  • Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Comfort working with multiple systems and high attention to data accuracy

  • Strong team player with the ability to build rapport across functions
