[What you will be working on]
About Digital Industry Singapore (DISG)
The Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) office is a joint office comprising officers from EDB, ESG and IMDA. DISG will drive job creation, capability building, enterprise development and internationalization across key local and international digital enterprises.
[What we are looking for]
You will be part of the Digital Industry Singapore team, supporting the following functions:
Assisting with secretariat duties including arranging for meetings and maintaining schedules, and any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required (e.g. answering calls, emails, addressing general queries)
Managing internal processes to ensure timeliness and compliance with DISG’s deliverables (e.g. Audits, budget management)
Maintaining databases and proper documentation of files, including activity and monthly updates for stakeholders
Drive successful programme execution (e.g. project-based initiatives by DISG) by managing operational workloads and coordinating with external stakeholders and internal teams
Contribute to semi-annual financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with company's strategic objectives
To meet the challenges of this position, the candidate must have/be:
Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in general administration roles
[Skills and Abilities]
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
Good use of collaboration tools, particularly Microsoft Teams and Skype
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Proactive approach to work with demonstrated teamwork
