Assist in developing marketing strategies, manage leasing processes, conduct site viewings, negotiate lease agreements, and build landlord-tenant relationships.

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to optimize team performance.
- Ensure that all leasing activities are aligned with legal and ethical standards and ensure accurate information in preparing and executing the marketing plan and marketing collaterals.
- Prepare and update regular reports including leasing and budget, forecast and projections, etc.
- Manage existing leases, including renewals and tenancy related matters.
- Manage the leasing process, from initial enquiries to lease execution.
- Conduct site viewings and presentations to prospects.
- Identify prospects or work with property agents to secure office sales / new lease.
- Evaluate and prepare RFP response.
- Negotiate lease terms and finalise lease agreements.
- Assist the manager in legal review.
- Attend to operational matters to meet tenants’ needs.
- Work with building operations team to ensure tenant deliverables are met.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationship and proactively engage tenants to understand their needs.
- Build and grow prospect networks for lease/sales.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the reporting officer/HOD.
Requirements
- CEA registered is preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in real estate, marketing or business related field.
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver excellent results and good team player.
