As an Orange Force Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Command Centre remains an efficient call advisory centre and manage accident reporting appointments for our customers. Your role is pivotal in upholding our values for customer centricity. You will provide our customers with pleasant experiences, patiently attending to them and exceeding their expectations.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Manage phone-in customer enquiries
  • Answering to motor insurance policy and claims enquiries by phone or e-mail
  • Deployment and scheduling of accident reporting appointments from phone-in customers
  • Facilitate GIA motor accident report filing
  • Claim file creation and documentation
  • Ensuring the department meets the Value-Added Service (VAS) target
  • Any ad-hoc duties as prescribed by HOD or Management

To join us as an Orange Force Helpdesk Specialist, Motor Services Centre of Excellence (CoE), you should:  

  • Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline. Preferably with at least 2 years of Call Centre experience
  • Be able to work on rotational shifts including weekends and PH
  • Customer service oriented with a pleasant personality
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Successful applicants will be required to obtain relevant insurance qualifications (BCP, PGI and ComGI)

The Command Centre's location is at Tampines Central (within walking distance from Tampines MRT Station). You must be able and willing to work shifts (morning/afternoon). Comprehensive training in customer management and insurance knowledge will be provided for successful candidates.
