Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Engineer, Electrical to join our dynamic team in Singapore, Singapore. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing electrical systems for transmission and power projects.

• Perform concept and detailed design of electrical systems, focusing on transmission and power projects
• Take ownership of assigned design components, ensuring thorough follow-up for approvals from relevant authorities and clients
• Liaise and coordinate with Local Authority Departments to secure approvals for design projects
• Prepare comprehensive design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents under the guidance of senior engineers/managers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery
• Analyze and resolve complex electrical engineering problems
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in the design of electrical systems for building or infrastructure projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in electrical design software and CAD tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Innovative approach to engineering challenges and continuous improvement
