Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Engineer, Civil to join our dynamic team in Singapore, Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee complex civil engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery while adhering to local regulations and industry standards.

  • Design and coordinate civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including government agencies, contractors, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Singapore
  • Participate in the planning and design of infrastructure projects, including sewage and drainage systems
  • Prepare and review technical reports, design calculations, and construction drawings
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry events

Qualifications

  • PEB recognised Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in project management
  • Advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and other relevant engineering tools
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Singapore
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies, materials, and quality control processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
