  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team with strong product, client, and digital capabilities.
  • Drive strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, e‑Trading enhancement, pricing automation, and cross‑asset collaboration.
  • Monitor business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and white‑space segments.

Client Franchise Leadership

  • Oversee and guide client strategy across the institutional client base—asset managers, insurers, pensions, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds, and banks.
  • Deepen senior‑level client relationships and act as an escalation and coverage point for key institutional partners.

Sales & Execution Oversight

  • Oversee execution quality across FX spot/forwards, swaps, IRS, NDFs, cross‑currency swaps, options, and structured macro products.
  • Ensure high standards of pricing, liquidity provision, and market color delivery by the sales team.
  • Partner with trading to optimize risk transfer, pricing transparency, and client experience.
  • Ensure full integrity of end‑to‑end processes—booking, documentation, onboarding, term sheets, and post‑trade handling.

Revenue Management & Product Development

  • Drive revenue growth across flow and structured macro products through disciplined client coverage and idea generation.
  • Develop and promote macro trade ideas based on thematic views, yield‑curve dynamics, cross‑market relationships, and regulatory changes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product offerings, digital engagement, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with structuring and trading to enhance product innovation and tailored client solutions.

Governance, Risk & Conduct

  • Ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance, risk management, and sales conduct across the Macro Sales organization.
  • Oversee governance relating to risk metrics (e.g., PV01, delta, gamma, vega, VaR) and ensure appropriate communication to clients.
  • Work closely with credit, legal, compliance, and operations teams to uphold a robust control environment.
  • Represent the business in internal committees, audits, and senior management forums.

  • Strong understanding of macroeconomics, central bank policy frameworks, and global market drivers.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, analytics platforms, pricing tools, and e‑trading channels.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex risk profiles and market structures.
