Our mission is to be the trusted advisor and partner to senior management and their teams in teams in shaping and accelerating future‑ready transformation across the organisation. We help senior stakeholders shape their strategic agenda and work closely with their leadership teams to define their strategic priorities and transformation roadmap. We also partner these leadership teams in driving their most complex cross-functional initiatives. We measure our success by the lasting value that we create for OCBC.

How you succeed:

As Executive Director, Regional and Synergy Initiatives, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Group‑wide transformation projects across OCBC’s businesses, markets, and entities. • Influence senior stakeholders across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Greater China to adapt and apply Group approaches in ways that suit local market contexts and priorities.

  • Drive regional rollout of key Group initiatives, ensuring market readiness, strong adoption, and sustained execution outcomes.

  • Mentor and uplift in‑country teams, building capabilities in operating model design, structured problem‑solving, and project leadership.

  • Foster cross‑market collaboration to share best practices, accelerate implementation, and strengthen overall delivery maturity.

  • Serve as a Group integrator, connecting people, resources, data, and capabilities to unlock synergies and support OCBC’s aspiration to operate as One Group.

At present, we are looking for individuals with strategy and transformation experience to complement our existing team.

The candidate should offer good financial services knowledge with a ‘consulting toolkit’. The candidate must have at least 12+ years of consulting experience with a reputable firm and/or transformation division of leading financial institutions.
