 We are seeking an experienced and strategic Candidate Experience Specialist to join our team. The Candidate Experience Specialist role will play a pivotal part in our evolving talent acquisition strategy, focusing on partnering with executives to build exceptional teams that drive our continued success. This position will be responsible for curating a tailored and optimal experience for executive candidates and internal stakeholders through interview logistics/scheduling, event planning, and collaboration with various internal partners and teams to elevate our executive search strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering thoughtful, concierge-like experiences for internal and external stakeholders/clients, handling highly sensitive/confidential information, and a proven ability to run smooth, error-free logistics. 

In this role, you will:

  • Anticipate and proactively manage all logistical and scheduling needs for executive candidates, exercising sound judgment to resolve complex scheduling conflicts before they escalate.

  • Partner closely with key cross-functional stakeholders such as Executive Assistants aligned to VP and C Suite, Travel Partners, Technology, and Workplace Staff to ensure a smooth candidate and business experience 

  • Collaborate with fellow Candidate Experience Specialist to ensure consistent executive recruiting practices across multiple functions and geographies, workload balancing, and workflow optimization.

  • Foster & nurture relationships with internal partners, such as Talent Acquisition leadership, their team, and Executive Assistants

  • Take initiative to identify potential roadblocks and exercise judgment to propose and implement effective solutions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

  • Keep a pulse on any competing priorities for the business unit you are servicing

  • Be an attentive and hospitable host for our candidates

  • Localize the candidate experience to make a long-lasting connection to our candidates across multiple time zones/geographies

  • Deliver elevated networking & interviewing experiences through error-free scheduling and thoughtful logistics

  • Plan & deliver executive events

We want someone who:

  • Demonstrates exceptional judgment and foresight, with an ability to anticipate needs and make thoughtful decisions in ambiguous situations. 

  • Is proactive by nature, consistently looking for ways to improve processes, prevent future problems, and enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Thinks several steps ahead, skillfully managing complex logistics and foreseeing potential challenges before they arise.

  • Has experience and appreciation for executive assistant and coordinator-type roles

  • Obsessed with details/a systems-thinking/operationally-minded

  • Expert in all G Suite apps, making calendaring seamless

  • Has strong auditing skills and high expectations of quality of work

  • Comfortable working with discretion of various degrees to protect confidentiality or sensitive information 

  • Deliberate in asking the right questions and sharing information in a way that is in the best interest of the search

  • End-to-end project management / strong tracking skills, and ability to stick to timelines

  • Confident in advocating/sharing their opinion

  • Is responsive and open to a flexible work schedule

  • Embraces change and the constant shifting of business needs and priorities 

  • Teammate mentality cross functionally / ability to ask for help or support when needed

  • Curious about the business, analyze trends in recruiting, and translate them back to your partners. You use data as signals to seek to understand more, share opportunities, influence others, and help inform your decisions. 

  • Exhibits grace under pressure, expertly navigating last-minute changes and unforeseen circumstances with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
