The Executive Business Operations and Assistant provides executive office support, including leadership meeting planning, preparation and coordination; complex calendar and travel management; executive communications; and end-to-end execution of critical forums. This role requires initiative, ownership, sound judgement, discretion, structured follow-through, and confidence in working across stakeholders, time zones and business priorities.

This position reports to the President - Danaher Southeast Asia & ANZ and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as a trusted extension of the executive office, managing complex priorities, executive calendars, leadership commitments, and stakeholder interactions while exercising sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Drive the leadership operating cadence by planning and coordinating business reviews, board meetings, strategy sessions, town halls, all-hands meetings, and executive forums, ensuring effective preparation, follow-through, and execution.

  • Deliver seamless executive logistics and engagement experiences, including international travel, executive visits, VIP engagements, customer and distributor meetings, leadership summits, and DBS events.

  • Anticipate and proactively resolve risks, conflicts, and dependencies, ensuring high accuracy, responsiveness, and continuity across scheduling, communications, travel, and business operations.

  • Support strategic priorities and transformation initiatives through effective project coordination, stakeholder alignment, program execution, and tracking of key actions, decisions, and commitments.

  • Develop executive-ready communications and business materials, including presentations, announcements, briefing packs, reports, trackers, and document repositories that enable informed decision-making and effective leadership communication.

  • Advance operational excellence through DBS and continuous improvement principles, standardizing processes, simplifying workflows, improving service quality, and enhancing the effectiveness of the executive support function.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience: 5+ years supporting senior executives, VPs, GMs or regional/global leaders.

  • Executive support: Strong calendar, meeting cadence, travel logistics and office operations capability.

  • Events / visits: Experience coordinating leadership events, town halls, conferences and executive/customer forums.

  • Communication: Strong written/verbal communication; able to create executive-ready materials.

  • Digital skills: Advanced Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint/OneDrive.

  • Ways of working: High ownership, organization, resilience, discretion, relationship-building and CI mindset.
