- Coordinate leadership forums, business reviews, and planning cycles.
- Identify execution gaps or risks and escalate appropriately.
Stakeholder Navigation
- Act as a trusted interface between the President and senior leaders, regional teams, and external partners.
- Navigate different cultures and leadership styles with maturity and confidence.
- Communicate clearly and professionally at senior levels.
Operational Discipline and Continuous Improvement
- Manage complex scheduling, cross time zone coordination, and travel planning with foresight.
- Improve executive processes and information flow.
- Contribute to selected cross functional projects where appropriate.
This is a full time permanent role based in our Singapore office.

We are looking for someone with high emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder awareness. You will also have a strong level of commercial curiosity, a genuine interest in how businesses operate and scale and analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complexity. You will also possess:
- A proactive ownership mindset, anticipating needs rather than waiting for instruction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
