As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Proactively manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including booking venues, arranging necessary equipment, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials. Take and distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and travel-related documentation. Handle changes and adjustments as needed.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and manage the approval process. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work, from scheduling to document preparation.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency in using office productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with calendar and travel management software.
