As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Proactively manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including booking venues, arranging necessary equipment, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials. Take and distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and travel-related documentation. Handle changes and adjustments as needed.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring confidentiality and security.

  • Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and manage the approval process. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work, from scheduling to document preparation.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with calendar and travel management software.
