We’re on the hunt for an energetic, detail-driven Personal Assistant to powerfully support our cofounder. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your fluency in Mandarin, financial savvy, and basic legal know-how to juggle multiple projects with ease. Flexibility, discretion, and a willingness to travel are paramount, as you’ll tackle a wide range of responsibilities—right down to managing personal tasks like coordinating visiting family members.
This position is Singapore-based to meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Assist in financial management tasks such as expense reporting, budgeting, and liaising with financial advisors.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate international travel arrangements.

Provide logistical support for both business and personal engagements.

Assist with legal documentation and liaise with legal teams when necessary.

Manage and coordinate family-related tasks, including the needs of visiting parents.

Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders and manage tasks in a timely manner.

Provide support for ad hoc tasks and after-hours requests as needed.
Qualifications:

Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.

Strong financial literacy with the ability to manage budgets and understand financial documents.

Basic legal literacy and the ability to handle legal correspondence.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Flexibility to handle after-hours responsibilities and travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications:
