For our management team, we are looking for an Executive Assistant who is very strong in keeping multiple balls in the air and who is a self-driven executor. You are the shadow of the management team keeping the backs free and always acting full of integrity.


Your tasks and accountabilities

Enable the founders team to stay focussed on the most strategic issues at hand by keeping it informed of action items, priorities and arising business concerns. You are always one step ahead and you maintain the big picture of the priorities and work across the business.

Support the management team in daily administrative tasks across multiple perimeters ranging from legal and accounting to operational ad-hoc issues and travel arrangements.

Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders (banks, law firms, shareholders, colleagues) with ease and assertiveness so stakeholders are coordinated in a smooth way.

Create visibility of the business' progress through proper analytics and reporting of project status and key metrics.

Handle ad-hoc requests and drive projects as required.


Requirements

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

A curious mind and an interest in web3 is a must.

The ability to work efficiently without the full picture.

The skills and intuitive knowledge to operate modern operational tools like G-Suite, Notion & Slack. Experience in editing spreadsheets and designing slide decks is a plus.

Attention to detail and structure, yet comfortable working in the fluid ambiguity of a thriving startup.

Excellent planning and prioritization skills.

Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

A positive, proactive attitude and are someone who genuinely enjoys a challenge.

The ability to give continuous & timely feedback and work with experienced managers as an equal.

First experience in C-level support in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
