About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the Global CEO in a fast-paced tech startup. This role demands exceptional scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative support, ensuring the CEO operates at peak efficiency. Availability outside traditional office hours may be required. The role required 3 days a week at work, and 2 days work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CEO’s complex global calendar, prioritizing key meetings.

• Coordinate extensive global travel, handling flights, accommodations, visas, and last-minute changes.

• Manage high-volume communication, filtering and flagging urgent matters.

• Handle administrative tasks, including expense reports and document preparation.

• Provide occasional personal support to streamline CEO’s day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in a startup or tech environment.

• Proven ability to manage a demanding, ever-changing schedule.

• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail.

• Tech-savvy, proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.

• Thick-skinned, adaptable, and discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information.
