What you'll do
- Work closely with Operations and Quant Team to configure and test the exchange application end-to-end, which includes drafting, executing, reviewing, and owning the test scenarios, test cases and checklist(s)/process flow(s).
- Monitor exchange prices and spreads to ensure it is align with global market prices
- Treasury management for quant wallet
- Prepare and present weekly OKR reports
- Managed and onboard partners onto exchange
- Leverage trading metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to increase profitability and performance
- Maintain exchange liquidity and troubleshoot any live-trading issues
What we expect from you
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive experience in Crypto operations and process optimization.
- More than 2 years of experience in exchange operations.
- Preferably, more than 1 year of experience in spot or Conversion trading in financial services and/or user operations.
- Good knowledge in operations, including BAU, back admin system management, basic trading knowledge, and market promotion.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in risk management and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
