Responsibilities:
- Analyse client needs to advise on the strategic design, implementation, and long-term optimization of Epic and other health IT solutions.
- Facilitate workflow redesign sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to drive key change management activities and ensure successful adoption.
- Identify and recommend system enhancements by assessing current state usage, analysing data, and gathering user feedback to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
- Provide expert oversight on system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Assess Epic configurations and IT operational processes to ensure compliance with security protocols, regulatory standards, and data integrity best practices.
- Contribute to risk mitigation plans by identifying potential system vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
- Utilize Epic data and analytics tools to develop actionable insights and identify key areas for performance improvement.
- Support clients in tracking progress and demonstrating the value derived from their EMR investment through clear, data-driven reporting.
- Manage specific workstreams within large-scale client engagements, leveraging core project management skills to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all project levels, acting as a crucial liaison between technical teams, clinical users, and leadership to resolve system-related concerns.
- Leverage project management expertise across a diverse range of client engagements, including Epic transformations and other strategic healthcare initiatives within the Singapore market.
Qualifications:
- Required: Active certification in Epic Clarity/Cogito
- Experience with additional related modules is beneficial: ClinDoc, Orders, Ambulatory, etc.
- SQL Proficiency
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar healthcare data analyst role, with direct experience working with Epic data
- Experience with additional related reporting tools is beneficial: Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (including business users, vendors, and team members).
