Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities:
We are presently seeking candidate for the position of Domain Architect in the AML compliance domain, but with strong technical background and able to do solutioning and architect work.
Requirements
Education:
· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
· TOGA certification
· At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

• Ability to effectively communicate, interact with and influence senior technical associates, business and operational partners and executives
• Work effectively within a fast-paced, cohesive architecture team and willing to learn fast and adapt quickly to change
• Possess strong understanding of business strategies and able to translate them into concrete achievable action plans
• Able to collaborate and drive motivation across a diverse slate within and across teams and can deal with difficult conversations effectively
• Owns and enhances workflows and processes, and delegates with clear accountabilities across the teams to meet objectives / outcomes
• Promotes an environment of learning and development. Understand and develop team members and others to achieve their professional growth
Key Domain/ Technical Skills:
• Atleast 10 years or overall experience. ; to consider candidates with lower years of experience, if they are good.
• Worked in technical domain architect role will be huge advantage
• Analytical skills
• Presentation skills – both verbally and Microsoft powerpoint
• Experience in delivering mission critical, enterprise scale IT solutions, both in-house built and 3rd party vendor products
• Familiarity with one or more formal Architecture frameworks / methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN, etc.)
• Practical experience in data modelling, object modelling, design patterns and Enterprise Architecture tool or other software modelling tools.
• Familiarity with heterogeneous technology platforms such as Unix/Linux, Windows
• Familiarity with best practice methodologies and tools for the entire solution
