Enterprise Account Executive

This role exists to help Enterprise organisations in Malaysia accelerate their experience management maturity and close critical customer and employee experience gaps. By leveraging Qualtrics’ industry-leading, ready-to-deploy Experience Management (XM) SaaS platform, this position partners directly with Enterprise customers to turn experience data into measurable business outcomes.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding Qualtrics’ footprint in Malaysia by guiding customers through strategy, adoption, and value realisation—working closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams. Success in this role requires strong business acumen and proven experience selling extensively in the Malay market, with Bahasa language skills desirable but not mandatory.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Proven ability to sell SaaS solutions to senior decision-makers within large enterprise organizations.
  • Extensive experience engaging the Malay market and strong understanding of Malaysian enterprise landscape.
  • Skilled at acquiring new clients, negotiating complex deals, and closing with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship builder who establishes trust and credibility with senior leaders.
  • Resilient and competitive with a demonstrated work ethic, comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and disciplined in managing the sales process.
  • Experience in MarTech or HR Tech environments is highly beneficial.

  • Deepen expertise in a versatile, data-driven SaaS platform serving multiple industries and departments.
  • Advance negotiation and sales skills managing complex enterprise contracts and large deal cycles.
  • Influence the evolution of experience management practices across Malaysian businesses.
  • Enhance cross-cultural communication capabilities and regional market knowledge.

Things You’ll Do

  • Acquire and grow enterprise client relationships across Malaysia by selling the Qualtrics XM platform to marketing, research, and HR leaders.
  • Guide clients through tailored solution options, demonstrating features and benefits aligned with their business challenges.
  • Build, manage, and nurture trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations across departments and lead effective target account selling activities including prospecting and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing on demand generation campaigns and coordinate follow-up technical engagements to secure closings.
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and market dynamics to develop winning proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Meet or exceed quota expectations and participate actively in sales planning and status meetings.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Proven track record with 10+ years in enterprise technology sales, ideally in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success selling extensively in the Malay market; experience in Malaysian enterprises is essential.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.com in managing sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Strong competitive drive and resilience in client acquisition and deal closure.
  • Bahasa Malaysia language skills are an advantage but not required.
  • Experience in MarTech or HR Tech sectors is highly desirable.
