We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a small, high‑performing team building our partner-facing analytics and referral platform on Ronin.

You’ll drive the roadmap, raise the technical bar, and ship 0→1 products that empower ecosystem partners and internal teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach engineers while contributing to designs and critical reviews.

• Own outcomes: define the roadmap, scope MVPs, and deliver measurable impact for partners and internal stakeholders.

• Lead & grow: coach 5–8 engineers, run effective rituals, set a high quality bar (testing, reliability, observability), and hire exceptional talent.

• Be hands-on where it counts: contribute to system design, code reviews, and occasionally code on critical paths (~20–30%).

• Partner cross‑functionally: collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and BD to align business goals, incentives, and partner needs; operate fluently across time zones.

• Architect for scale: drive service boundaries, API design, and data contracts; ensure robust CI/CD, SLOs, and incident response.

• Champion security & web3 best practices: wallet flows, signing, token permissions, on‑chain data ingestion, and privacy‑aware analytics.

• 7+ years building software products; 2+ years leading engineers as an EM or TL in high‑growth product teams.

• Track record shipping 0→1 products and iterating quickly with clear KPIs.

• Technical depth in modern web stacks (TypeScript/React on the front; Go/Node/Java/Python on the back), API design, and SQL data modeling.

• Operational excellence with cloud (AWS/GCP), containers/Kubernetes, observability, and CI/CD.

• Web3 literacy: EVM concepts, wallet integrations, secure key/signing flows, on‑chain data (e.g., ethers/web3).

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across remote teams; bias for action, ownership, and kindness.

Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming, creator, or marketplace products.

• Familiarity with event-driven systems, streaming, and analytics platforms.

• Exposure to Rust/Solidity, GraphQL, and real-time websockets.

• Experience partnering with BD/DevRel to grow ecosystems.

• Ability to work and execute with remote teams
