Who are we?
Frencken Mechatronics is involved in the development and assembly of industrial systems or the semiconductor industry, the healthcare market, and a wide range of analytical applications. The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.
Engineering Documentation- Prepare, update, and maintain engineering documents, including: Process Control Plans (PCP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Work Instructions (WI) Inspection Checklists First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation Bubble Drawings Process Flow Charts Risk Assessments and Control Plans
- Ensure document revision control and compliance with company quality requirements.
- Coordinate document approvals and distribution.
Manufacturing & Production Support
- Assist engineers in CNC machining and clean room assembly process development.
- Support implementation of engineering changes and process improvements.
- Monitor production processes and collect manufacturing data for analysis.
- Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing and quality issues.
- Support process validation, qualification, and verification activities.
Education
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in: Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering Or related technical disciplines
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may also apply.
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T.
- Familiarity with CNC machining and precision manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of clean room assembly practices is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SolidWorks is preferred.
- Understanding of quality tools such as FAI, SPC, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis is an advantage.
