Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Perform installation, upgrade, and technical support activities for Klarity Defect products.
- Manage customer-site projects involving beta and evaluation product adoption.
- Collaborate with HQ and local Business Units to help achieve business and operational goals.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, issue analysis, and root-cause resolution.
- Prepare and maintain clear and comprehensive software documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience in Defect System Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS administration.
- Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems.
- Understanding of containers and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Familiarity with cloud environments.
- Programming skills in C, C#, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with Oracle Database administration and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Klarity Defect is an added advantage.
- Strong software documentation capabilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Good project management abilities.
- Understanding of software development processes and system architecture is desirable.
- Ability to travel: up to 50% domestic, 10–30% international.
