Introduction:

We are expanding our Fab Operations  and are looking for Engineers to fuel our growth in Process Engineering. In this role, you will manage process qualification, stability and continuous improvement programs to deliver organizational goals, with opportunities to collaborate with other regions to drive process excellence as per GF standards.

Your Job:

  • Support company's production ramp schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tool release

  • Establish SOP (Standard operating process), CAS and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis)  for related process

  • Optimize and maintain process by using SPC (Statistical process control) and DOE (Design of experiments) knowledge

  • Work with other regions for BKM alignment (best known method)  and process improvement initiatives

  • Maintain process stability and continuous improvement project

  • Drive process CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices

  • Work with cross functions team(s) to deliver organizational goals 

  • Lead small team to deliver department goal

  • Conduct process training internally to Associate Engineers (AE / Senior AE)

    Required Qualifications:

    • Degree in Engineering - Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Microelectronics, Sciences (Physics / Chemistry) and Material Science

    • Relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in a semiconductor industry

    • Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems

    • Strong SPC knowledge (Statistical Process Control) 

    • Experienced in high volume production environment

    • Knowledge of process engineering software systems and MES system( Manufacturing Execution Systems)

    • Multiple open positions

    Preferred Qualifications:  

    • Prior experience in foundry or similar industry background will be an added advantage 

    • Analytical and math skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Meticulous, fast learner and able to work in diverse work environment
