Primary Responsibilities
- Develop AI applications and workflow automation solutions that simplify our processes.
- Perform quality data analysis, data processing, and dashboard development to ensure flawless operations.
- Optimize quality-related operational processes and issue tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of RPA, AI Agents, and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop business solutions that meet our ambitious goals.
Work Schedule
- Our team operates on a regular day shift from Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience, or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML development or related project implementations.
- Knowledge of web application development (HTML, JavaScript, Streamlit, Power BI, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.

- Develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to support Quality business operations.
- Build AI Assistants, knowledge management systems, and intelligent search/chatbot platforms.
- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve engineering productivity and decision-making efficiency.
