What you will do:

  • Overall responsibility to overlook site installation in terms of quality, technical compliance and meeting project schedule and works safety.

How you will do it:

  • Handle day to day operation, project delivery and logistics, construction sequence and constructability

  • To manage, control and supervisor subcontractors/vendors performing the works on site to ensure it meet quality & schedule requirements and installed items are as per approved drawings and design intent.

  • Support during testing and balancing

  • Meeting up with clients to manage complains and issues on site, variation order scopes etc.

  • Material incoming receipt, quantity and quality checking and inspection

  • Co-ordinate with client representative and QA/QC staff pertaining to Validation activities where required.

What we look for:

  • Relevant qualification preferably in mechanical engineering

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Semiconductor construction project, particularly in HVAC Wet/Dry or Process Exhaust

  • Extensive project execution experience/know how

  • Oversee permit applicant process

  • Committed to complete given tasks on time, ability to work independently and taking ownerships and responsibilities on tasks that had been assigned to you.

  • Self-motivated and open minded with passion to challenge status quo and drive for continuous improvement

  • Process good communication and interpersonal skills
