About the Role:

Annual Shutdown & Preventive Maintenance

  • Plan and execute electrical shutdowns with minimal disruption

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure system reliability

Lighting & Lightning Systems

  • Inspect, maintain, and upgrade lighting and lightning protection systems

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Project Management

  • Lead electrical projects from planning to completion

  • Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and system issues

  • Provide technical guidance to team members and clients

  • Training the staff and certifying them to do the basic electrical works onsite.

Vendor & Team Supervision

  • Oversee contractors and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery

  • Mentor junior staff and coordinate team activities

Client Engagement & Presentation

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and present solutions

  • Prepare and deliver technical and presentations

About You:

  • Min Grade 7 Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification (EMA-recognized)

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
