Job Description:
The Role:

The FSE will spend 50% of time on ICPS and the others 50% on ADM and SG.
-
ICPS share will include chemical slurry delivery/mixing/adding.
-
ADM share will be consists of chemical canisters/ampoules replacement, LDS installation/commission/decommission/troubleshooting.
-
SG share will be consists of cylinder movement and troubleshooting if issue arise.
-
In charge of SPI evaluation project.
In this role you will:
-
Provide on-site technical assistance to assist customers in slurry testing, daily inspections, and troubleshooting.

Install new or modified LDS equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.

Ensure and report customer satisfaction with installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, daily check and canister change.

Review performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives, and inspection/reporting of malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

Diploma in engineering, science or chemistry field is required.

Need to be able to work overtime and shifts according to customer needs.

Strong communication skills and excellent customer relationships.

Maintain records of performance reports.

Ensure customer satisfaction with daily checks, canister changes, installation of new equipment and troubleshooting.

Able to work independently and as a team player is necessary to make sure all assigned task completed and succeed.
